D5310 will be in charge of our next running day on 21st July – one for the Type 2 Massive to enjoy!
Many thanks to all those who have supported our two recent running days. Saturday 7th July saw 5580 out and about on Eisteddfod weekend and the photo below shows her at Llangollen providing EE percussion to a Samba band!

D1566 worked the 30th June running day and the below photo shows the careworn Type 4 waiting time at Carrog. The loco had to be nursed through the day as water leaks from the transition joints on the power unit have worsened and the loco is now likely to be unable to work again until these have been repaired as part of a top end overhaul.
